Terms of Service
Effective 2026-05-08
1. The service
“Cross-Board Card Dependencies” (“the Service”) is a Trello Power-Up operated by Abrar Qasim (“we”, “us”). By enabling it on a Trello workspace, the workspace administrator (“you”) agrees to these terms on behalf of the workspace and its members.
2. Trial and subscription
Each workspace gets a 7-day free trial starting on first enable. After the trial, the Service requires an active PayPal subscription to remain functional. Subscription pricing is shown on the billing page. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate. We do not offer refunds for partially-used periods.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to attempt to extract data you do not have access to in Trello, to overwhelm our infrastructure, or to circumvent the workspace-scoped access model. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.
5. Trello dependency
The Service relies on Trello’s API, JWT issuance, and webhook delivery. We are not responsible for downtime or behavior changes upstream of us at Trello (Atlassian).
6. Data
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Workspace data lives on infrastructure described in the policy.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Liability cap
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new effective date and notifying workspace admins by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
